Monthly
meetings are held by the Sandy Creek
Homeowners Association and they are
governed by a Board of Directors
consisting of five association members.
All home design plans and lot
improvements must be approved by the
Architectural Control Committee. Upkeep
of the common areas including the road,
taxiways, and runway are taken care of
by the Sandy Creek Homeowners
Association with yearly lot dues being
$500.
